I had just surfed through a blog which portrayed pictures of an accident involving two MPV cars of different makes.
This accident may have occurred on an rural road by the looks of the surroundings.
But take a closer look at the big dented front of the Exora.
And compare it with this picture of the Avanza’s wrecked nose.
These pictures may not be conclusive proof of the durability of either makes because the various facts contributing to this accident should be taken into account to determine which car comes out better in a typical accident.
Anyway, they can, to a certain extent, influence would be buyers to choose the sturdier car.
Finally, it is up to the readers to judge the better car.
Ixora got hit at the front corner, which result less damaged since it's stronger at the corner (as other cars do ).....
ReplyDeleteOne more thing.. less damage to the car doesn't mean it's safer... the car should absorb the impact, not resist it and transfer to occupants.
